About the Math and Science Program

At Automotive High School we believe that a rigorous Math and Science curriculums are the foundation to being an excellent technician and most important to being a critical thinker.

The Math and Science Department offers courses that meet the needs of all students. We offer pre-Advanced Placement and Advanced Placement courses.

We also involve interested math and science students in clubs such as Robotics and the Math League. There is also an annual Science Fair celebrating the students’ work.

We offer a uniquely integrated vocational and academic education. These two halves, each valuable in their own right, work together to create an invaluable learning experience and opportunity for growth.

We are pleased to announce that our students have been excelling each and every semester on the state Regents examinations in Math and Science. We will continue to develop new course offerings to meet our students’ developing interests and achievement.
